In this Agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings:

“Virtual learning environment” or “VLE” means the online learning platform provided and operated by EL Healthcare Education on behalf of Nursing Times.
“Website” means the website currently available at nursingtimes.learnworlds.com and any associated sub-domains, unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.
“Nursing Times” means emap Publishing Limited, publisher of Nursing Times.
“EL Healthcare Education”, “we”, “us” or “our” means EL Learning Design Ltd trading as EL Healthcare Education, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 13894056 whose registered office is 8 King Edward Street, Oxford, OX1 4HL.

3.1 The virtual learning environment, including its functionality, design, templates, workflows, integrations, underlying software, systems and technical processes, is owned by EL Healthcare Education and/or its licensors.
