What happens if I don’t finish a course in one sitting?
You do not need to complete a course in one session. Your progress is saved automatically, so you can leave a course and return later to continue where you left off.
How is each course structured?
Most courses follow a similar structure. You’ll begin with a self-assessment, which helps you reflect on your current knowledge and confidence in the topic. This is followed by the course content, where you’ll work through the learning materials at your own pace.
At the end of the course, you’ll have the opportunity to complete a final assessment. While you do not need to complete every activity within the course, you must successfully complete the final assessment with a score of 80% or higher if you would like to receive a certificate of completion.
Once you have passed the final assessment, your certificate will become available to download.

Assessments & certificates
How do I know when I have completed a course?
You will have completed a course once you have worked through all of the learning content and successfully completed the final assessment. A pass mark of 80% is required to complete the course. When the course is complete, you will be able to download your certificate of completion.

What happens if I don’t pass the final assessment?
Don’t worry if you don’t pass on your first attempt. You can retake the assessment as many times as you need. After each attempt, you’ll be able to see which answers were correct and incorrect, helping you identify areas to revisit before trying again.
Where can I find my certificates?
All of your certificates are stored within the platform. You can view and download them from the ‘My progress’ page or from the certificates section on the homepage. You can also return to a completed course and re-download your certificate at any time.
